Julia & Jason: Strathmore Mansion Wedding Photography

Jason and Julia were married a few weeks ago at The Mansion at Strathmore in North Besthesda, MD. The day was a bit overcast and it sprinkled…but oh my…what a beautiful wedding day and beautiful bride and groom!!! I’ve been looking forward to this wedding every since Julia and Jason first sat down with me to discuss their wedding. I knew these two were going to have a gorgeous day and more than that…I knew that it was going to be so fun and full of smiles and laughs and love!The mansion provided the perfect backdrop for the whole day! I just loved exploring all the little rooms and finding beautiful light.And seriously….how cute are these little ballet flats that Julia wore! Pretty and comfortable.What a stunning bride!Let us not forget about Jason!! He was looking so dapper.I was slightly obsessed with his custom tailored suit, monogrammed shirt sleeves, and awesome socks!What a gorgeous and friendly and sweet group of women! Julia and Jason decided to see each other before the ceremony. I loved this little landing at The Mansion and it was perfect for their First Look. Ceremony time! These two!! Love them so much!!What’s a rainy day wedding without an umbrella?The tables were in groupings in all the room of the mansion. It was so fun. And they danced all night!!!!!!!!!One big group picture as the reception ended.And of course….one late night silhouette. Jason and Julia, Congratulations!!! Oh my…I can’t even express how much fun we had at your wedding. It was such a pleasure to be able to spend the day with you and your friends and family and document everything for you. It has been such a pleasure getting to know you both!
