Lisa & Chris: Falls Church, 2941 Wedding Photography

Lisa and Chris had a spectacular wedding day! It seriously could not have been more gorgeous and full of bright beautiful details. Many thanks to Tabitha at Roberts & Co. Events for bringing everything together for Lisa and Chris’ big day! I started out the day photographing Lisa and all the bridal details at the hotel where she was getting ready. The lobby made a great backdrop and I had a lot of people stopping, staring, and commenting on all the beautiful details. Lisa and Chris chose peacock feathers and purples and blues/aqua for their day. I completely lucked out with the gorgeous lobby couch and pillows for a backdrop for the details.As Lisa got into her dress her ladies were so helpful and kept Lisa smiling.Lisa and Chris’ venue was the amazing 2941 restaurant in Falls Church. I LOVE this place! The architecture and grounds are amazing. The food is equally as good! Twinbrook Florist did an amazing job on the floral arrangements.Chris was all smiles!And look at how amazing Lisa looks in her dress and veil!What a gorgeous flower girl!!! All smiles.I loved this moment. Lisa & Chris were married, they walked down the aisle…and then they stopped. They stopped and kissed and whispered to each other for a moment. I don’t know what words were said…but I can only imagine how sweet and special they were. Into the reception after a few photos. Loved the seating charts. So pretty and full of color.The reception room looked amazing. The pops of color and flower arrangements were gorgeous.These high arrangements were my favorite.This next series of Lisa are so awesome. Love her smiles for Chris!A backlit silhouette kiss always has my heart swooning.Hello gorgeous cake table!And the cake table…made the perfect background for some ring shots too.Right before sunset I grabbed Lisa and Chris to head outside for a few more portraits. The light was so soft and beautiful.A short but beautiful first dance… Which led into this super fun bride/father dance party!And a fun dance party took place the rest of the night!Before I could leave for the evening I had to get one (or 2) last night images of the new bride and groom!
