A Few New Beautiful Wedding Albums

I delivered a few gorgeous wedding albums last month that had me absolutely giddy! I love delivering albums to my couples, knowing that they get to relive their wedding day as they flip through the pages. A wedding album is the perfect way to preserve your wedding images for years to come. Sure you have them on Facebook and on your computer…but…do you belly up to your desk when friends of family come over to thumb through your images? No. Do you take your images on a disc to your family get-togethers? No. Do your kids in years to come find your wedding day images on the computer and laugh and smile about how young mom and dad were? Nope..that’s not really the way it works.

But…do you carry your album to your family Memorial Day party? Quite possibly. Do you take your album into work to show your co-workers. Yes. Do you set your album on your coffee table and page through it often. Yes. Do your kids in years to come find your wedding album when they’re looking through the drawers and smile? Yes they do.

In fact my own story with a wedding album is my parents. My parents divorced when I was 5 but I remember finding their album when I was maybe 6. I think my mother was getting rid of it and I rescued it and stored it in my closet. I paged through those images and was mesmerized. My parents…so young and so beautiful. My parents smiling ear to ear. My parents so clearly in love with one another. At 6 I didn’t full appreciate it but it did let me know that at one time they really liked each other and that was important. Now looking through that album more closely  I really appreciate that I have a testament of my parents love. I love looking through those images and seeing these two young and beautiful people.I love flipping through it with my own children and pointing out aunts and uncles and grandmas and grandpas.

Print your photos please. Put them in an album. (or a shoebox). But if you’re leaning toward an album…I have some pretty ones for you 🙂

This is a 10×10 Flush Mount Leather Album in a very light gray that turned out absolutely beautiful. It might be very well my favorite album of all time.
And a few of my favorites spreads….from Marli and Chris’ wedding last fall. These albums are Flush Mount Linen Albums in a medium gray and natural tan. From Michele and Will’s album.I can’t get enough of this image from Tahirah and Elijah’s wedding last year! Rather obsessed with it and it’s the perfect image to end their album.
