Nothing like a beautiful classic Washington DC Wedding!!!! Emily and Matt’s wedding was quintessential classic DC at it’s very finest. The day started out with Matt and Emily both getting ready at The Willard Intercontinental. Such a gorgeous downtown DC hotel and the perfect background for gorgeous photos.
Emily’s wedding dress was nothing short of amazing!
Emily gifted all her lovely ladies UGG slippers. They were so cute and looked very comfy.Cutest flower girl ever!!! She wanted her hair done in a heart braid and she waited patiently for it. While I was with Emily my awesome 2nd photographer was with Matt and his guys. Love these images she captured. The Redskins were playing.I love doing portraits in the lobby of The Willard. The light is amazing and the background is always gorgeous.
Matt was looking very dapper!! Emily and Matt didn’t want to see each other before the ceremony….but they wanted a photo together… we used the elevators as a way to get the photo without them actually seeing each other. Too cute.Hello gorgeous ladies! Those flowers!Oh Emily…You made an amazingly gorgeous bride!Mom and daughter…so much love and happiness and smiles. Then it was off to get married. Emily and Matt got married at Holy Rosary Catholic Church but also incorporated aspects of Judaism into their ceremony and wedding day. Nothing like bringing together two families. Just Married!!! Next stop Lafayette Park for photos.
Portraits complete and off to Old Ebbitt Grill to catch the end of cocktail hour and then have a big party!!
